About me
This is who I am after office hours.
I fell in love with baking since I was 13, it all started with a banana bread I made at home with my family.
This website was a big step towards pursuing my dream. It started as an online bakery Chère W in my last year of university in 2017 after my summer in London for a Cake Decorating course at Le Cordon Bleu London. Then it became a blog after I moved to Paris when I studied at Le Cordon Bleu Paris from 2018-2019 in the Pastry Diploma Program.
And as for now, it is a little space where I introduce myself to you all, a space I share my creations and experiences - cakes, pop ups, and photography.
Born in Taiwan, raised in Canada, and currently chasing dreams in France.
